Please read our Terms and conditions: when you place your order you are agreeing to these conditions.

Hiring with us


If you have placed your order on-line, we will quickly send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. The email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time and return any money paid to us in full.

Price Quote


The price quote will be sent via PDF format once order has been confirmed and will be in British pounds (£) If we are unable to supply particular item, we may be able to substitute it for a similar item/ product. We can also refund part of your payment if you prefer.

Payment


You can pay for your hire by Cash, Paypal (fee applies) or Bank Transfer. A deposit of 20% from the outstanding balance will need to be paid within 7 days of confirming your order. If we do not receive payment, we reserve the right to cancel your hire order.

Delivery


We will deliver the pipes on the night of the event with the Shisha connoisseur/s, set up the Shisha pipes and pack up everything after the event.

Our Responsibility


We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your use or the inability to use our website or resulting from unauthorised access to, or alteration of your transmissions or data in circumstances which are beyond our control. We will not be responsible for your loss of profits, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or any other loss which does not directly result from something we have done wrong. We make no promise that our website will be uninterrupted or entirely error free. Because of the nature of the Internet, the shopping online service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We are not responsible to you if we are unable to provide our Internet services for any reason beyond our control.

General


We will use the information which you provide and the records of enquiries you make to constantly monitor and improve our service and for marketing purposes only.We will not pass any of your details to any other organisation.We may change or withdraw any part of our website, or may refuse you access to the website at any time if we consider it necessary.

Disclaimer


By entering our web site, you:(1) verify that you are an adult (18 years or older);(2) verify tobacco products, water pipes, smoking devices, and smoking accessories are hired in your Country or State;(3) dismiss all liability resulting from the miss use of the products;(4) agree to use any hired products legally and for its intended use only;(5) and agree to our User Agreement.
Do not hire our services if you do not agree to the statements mentioned above or are under the age of eighteen (18) years old.

User Agreement


You must be eighteen (18) years of age, and possess a valid credit card to hire our services. We will not serve tobacco to minors. We reserves the right to cancel any sales transaction based on its sole discretion where it reasonably believes the purchaser is purchasing products on behalf of a minor.

Cancellation Policy


A non refundable 20% deposit is required to secure the date and cover any admin time spent on the order, leading up to the event. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days after the event has taken place.

In the event of a late payment, Shisha XP Events may charge interest on the amount outstanding at a rate of 5% over Barclays base rate per month from the due date until date of payment.

No dispute about an invoice or any other matter shall give the customer the right to offset payment due against that invoice or any other invoice not in dispute.

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring Shisha XP Events receive full payment in accordance with invoices issued.

In the event of cancellation, charges will apply as follows;If cancelled within 3 working days of making the booking, the full invoice amount will be paid back.If cancelled within 3 months of the event date, the total invoice amount will be refunded, minus the 25% non-refundable deposit.if cancelled within 28 days of the event date 30% of the invoice amount will be refunded.If cancelled within 7 days of the event date, No refund will be given.
